"Don't practice breath-work if you have Glaucoma or other eye conditions, any aneurysm, any cardiovascular disease, thryroid conditions, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, a psychiatric condition or are Pregnant. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain or feel lightheaded. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
