Gratitude is constantly associated with a greater feeling of wellbeing and has a strong correlation with helping to cultivate happiness. This session begins with a Gratitude journal prompt and the opportunity to write down 10 things you are grateful for. Be specific, use detail! Try to do this 3 times a week if you can. This class finishes with a breath-led, mindfulness Gratitude meditation, to feel and absorb all the benefits of your Gratitude practice and let go of anything not serving you.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
