A pranayama, a breath work, exercise working with alternate breathing through the left and right nostrils. A meditative practice reducing stress and anxiety, clearing the mind using the breath, and balancing the left and right sides of the brain, bringing the mind into balance and letting prana, energy, flow freely around the body.

"Don't practice breath-work if you have Glaucoma or other eye conditions, any aneurysm, any cardiovascular disease, thryroid conditions, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, a psychiatric condition or are Pregnant. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain or feel lightheaded. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
