Movement to strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt the full body. Expect a high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning workout creating lean muscle. This class is an upper leg focused class and is completed standing using a chair for stability. Focus is on the back of the legs, including the Inner Thighs, Hamstrings and Glute muscles. Balance out all that work with some releasing stretches to find space at the end of the session.
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
