10-DAY MEDITATION SERIES

To mark Stress Awareness Day we are releasing a completely free 10-day meditation series to help you feel all the wonderful benefits of the practice and build a habit.

Sticking to just 10 minutes of meditation for just 10 days has a powerful way of helping you to feel less stressed, less anxious, having more presence, being more focused, less irritated and with improved sleep. The effects even magnify into our lives the more we practice.

This series includes 10 days of sessions of meditation, breath-work and sound meditations.
