This short sequence is the perfect way to make time for yourself no matter how busy you are, either to set you up for the day or as a short restorative flow before bed! Flow through twists, with a focus on moving energy and breath-work to connect and restore body and mind.
Kate’s classes are inclusive, upbeat and relaxed with a key focus on the breath, building strength as well as flexibility to rebalance the body and mind. Kate completed her 200hr YTT in, 2015 and in 2019 completed training in Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Baby Massage. Kate usually teaches our Pre and Post-Natal but has filmed a few special flows for us.
