A strong and steady Power flow focusing on building up core and glute strength as well as stamina and stability. There will be core and glute conditioning movements, specifically designed to fire up the body. This is a flow class, so all that strength work is balanced out with more softening stretches and mediative elements at the beginning and end.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
