A playful, flowing and energising breath-led sequence working into the strenghtening front of the core, the back of the core, the shoulders and opening the body, in just 20. minutes. You will be encouraged to try some playful transitions, always as an option. Move, breathe, flow, release and energise the body and mind.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
