A dynamic, energising all-levels Vinyasa Flow to start your morning in the right way. We will gently get moving through the full body and wake up through the spine as well as gently strengthening, opening and mobilising through the full body, working with an energising breath throughout, as well as giving ourselves some self love and care. Suitable for Beginners.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
