Be guided through this 20 min Vinyasa Flow, to gently strengthen and stretch the full body, finding balance for body and mind. Perfect if you are short on time but want a quick flow to energise and reset.
Moon’s innovative classes share her love of every aspect of the practice of yoga, bringing together a variety of traditional flows with elements of fitness practices, whilst providing space and gentle guidance for meditation to be a part of the class naturally. Moon will guide students through playful practices, encouraging more challenging sequences, a stronger mind body connection and greater body confidence. Moon came to Yoga through her career as a Model, initially to stay in shape, but quickly discovered the practice gave her more than just Abs. Moon has 300-hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Children's and Prenatal Yoga.
