BACK BODY + POSTURE FLOW | POWER

A strong yet flowing class building strength in the back of the body, working with the back, shoulders, the glutes and hamstrings. This class will help with spinal alignment by strengthening the areas needed to stabilise your spine and opening through the chest to correct any WFH slouching. Finishing with some softening forward folds and savasana to reset.
Equipment: Optional 2 Yoga Blocks
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind.
