A strong and fast moving Power Flow breaking off into pulsing conditioning movements. This flow will strengthen the full body, particularly targeting the core and glutes areas. Movements will mobilise the body as well as strengthen to leave you feeling mobile and open. Always working with the breath throughout to calm and connect body and mind.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
