A 30 min session to work into the full core and glute area. Build strength, stability, tone and centre yourself by moving mindfully with breath.
Equipment: Optional Pilates Ball or/ small plump cushion
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course. Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
