A fluid and strong Power Vinyasa class that will get the endorphins pumping, get the full body moving and have the mind energised. Backbends are used throughout to help curate a feeling of energy and vitality and a mantra is encouraged to be used to help you find joy in your journey and joy in this session.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as the Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses and Amex.
