SPINAL MOBILITY FLOW | BEGINNERS

A Basics flow to work the spine in all directions, extension, flexion, lateral flexion and twists. We work to find true mobility here usilising active and passive movements. We will also work into strengthening the back; a perfect class to strengthen and release through the spine.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. STRENGTHEN + RELEASE FLOW | BEGINNERS
We work into the full body to strengthen and release, specifically strengthening the core and shoulders and opening up through the neck, shoulders and back body to find release. A slighter slower pace for Basics, including more instruction and more options given.

A restorative class to leave you feeling peaceful, calm and open in the body and mind. This moving meditation uses yoga postures that will gently open through the full body, especially the hips and back, whilst you focus on the breath to clear and still the mind. We come to a...
