YOGA SCULPT TWISTS | BARRE

Movement to strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt the full body. Expect a high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning workout creating lean muscle. This class is a Yoga - Barre fusion working with twists to work into the Core and Obliques as well as the Hips and Shoulders. Expect some Yoga postures to stretch and open the body at the beginning and end of the class as well as working with the breath throughout.

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
