Fire Mandala Vinyasa works into stretches the sides of the body and twists to activate the core, activating Manipura Chakra. When this chakra is in balance it offers direct access to drive, power, self belief and inner strength. Mandala Yoga flows 360º around the mat, through a dynamic, energising, breath led sequence relating to each of the 4 elements, activating the corresponding target body area and the related chakra. You will encouraged to ‘play’ working into more challenging inversions throughout if you feel ready and always an option. Maybe your Vinyasa's are one legged or you move through Koundinyasana each time? Classes will start and end with Yin postures to soften. Expect some Yoga terminology.
