Strong and steady Power flow designed to build strength and stability across the entire body, focusing in on the lower body through lunges and variations. We work through a standing ladder sequence with options to finally work towards the full variation of Side Plank and Pincha Mayurasana. The class is balanced out with softening twists, forward fold and more meditative self reflective elements. Variations and options always given.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
