Work with strength, mobility, stability and control, as you strengthen and tone the full Core and Glutes, as well as mobilising the full body in this intelligent movement session. A session that will leave you feeling focused, strong and open.
Equipment: Pilates Ball or small cushion
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
