A flowing, yet strong session working into the strength and mobility of the full body, especially targeting the core. Working with roll downs, spinal rolls, bridge rolls and core work to tone and lengthen from head to toe. Leave feeling strong, refreshed and reset in body and mind.
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
