A flowing fluid Vinyasa sequence, building strength and opening through the full body. Expect lots of warriors and downdogs. This Vinyasa class follows a one breath, one movement rhythm, using the movement of the body and breath to find a moving meditation to still the mind and find release. Finishing with a calming hip opener and savasana.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
