Asana, the postures, and Pranayama, the breath, were created to cultivate, control and create energy. This energising dynamic Vinyasa flow session, will recharge your life force and expand energy, as well as control it. Be guided though the Yogic ways it is said energy moves through the body, before moving into a dynamic full body flow. Remember that energy flows in and energy flows out and this class will also help to release unnecessary tension.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
