This class is a Signature full body Pilates flow, designed to 'Sculpt and Tone' from head to toe, using low impact Pilates exercises with an emphasis on arms, core and lower body. Finish feeling strengthened, energised and connected in the body and mind.
Equipment: Optional mini ankle / hand weights
Our Guest teacher, Zoe-Maia's, Pilates classes combine thousands of hours of teaching, training and education to create a method with a focus upon sculpting, strengthening, toning and lengthening the body from head to toe and inside and out. A method that is sustainable, transformational and most of all, enjoyable.
