4-WEEK BEGINNER PROGRAMME

Calling all Beginners!

Our carefully planned 4-week Beginner programme will guide you through classes to introduce the Basics of Yoga and more. We will cover Yoga Flow, Restorative, Breath-work and Meditation plus some simple Pilates and Barre sessions to find strength, mobility, space, release and connection, energise the body and mind, relax and restore and help to relieve aches, pains and stresses.
