Calling all Beginners! Our carefully planned 4-week Beginner program will guide you through classes to introduce the Basics of Yoga and more. We will cover Yoga Flow, Restorative, Yin and Meditation plus some simple Pilates and Barre sessions to find strength, mobility, space, release and connection, energise the body and mind, relax and restore and help to relieve aches, pains and stresses.
