Part 2 of our journey through the elements. We flow through a series of postures opening and strengthening through the hips, glutes and groin area. Utilising some of the major yoga standing and seated poses, you will find flow. Utilising longer holds and conditioning work, to really work into the target area.

The Elemental Yoga Basics series is 4 classes to move through the elements. We work towards building strength and flexibility in the targeted elemental area, learning many of the main yoga poses and working with yogic conditioning moves. It’s as important to build strength as well as flexibility in our bodies - yoga is all about balance! This series is perfect for newer yoga practitioners as classes have less speed, more instruction and lots of variations. We always move with the breath, making our practice a moving meditation.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
