A stand alone vinyasa sequence, lengthening and strengthening through the shoulders, strengthening the core and finding length in the hamstrings. Come back to this again and again to learn the technique and build the strength and flexibility you need. We finish with a detailed tutorial on headstand including safe entry and variations. Finalising our practice with savasana.

Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
