Ayurveda is yoga's sister science, a 5000 year old Indian medical system, all about living in harmony and balance with nature and ourselves. This category was produced in collaboration with Kama Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic beauty brand, and encompasses Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga and Breath-work practices, to find alignment and bring ourselves back to balance for body and mind.
