Vata when in balance, has a creative energy, expansive consciousness feeling joy and gratitude in life. However, Vata when out of balance can feel fearful, anxious and have difficulty sleeping. This is a dynamic yet steady practice that will strengthen, stabilise, mobilise and ground and gradually work towards stillness, with mindful breathing to finish the practice.
Equipment: Optional 2 Yoga Blocks
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Bvlgari Hotels and Annabel’s London.
