Level 2

Movement that will strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt the full body. Expect a high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning workout creating lean muscle. Sessions either work into the full body or target specific areas and utilise home workout equipment. Bethany comes from a dance background and is trained in Barre, Pilates, Yoga and as a PT and creates movement that will align with your body rather than working against it.
