A perfect class for your lunch break. A short steady flow with anti-desk postures- opening through the neck and shoulders, working the spine in all directions and hip and hamstring opening. Letting it all go as we focus on the breath throughout. Shorter savasana for a shorter practice.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
