Working through a steady calming Vinyasa sequence we strengthen and restore through the full body and mind. Expect to strengthen, stabilise and release through the Hamstrings, Core, Shoulders and Hips. Finish with some longer holds to find true release. This informative, breath led class with a focus on alignment will leave you feeling strengthened, relaxed and restored.

Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind.
