The perfect short, flowing, session to find space, relax and release on a work break or at the end of the day. Starting with a short breath-work to take us into relaxation and find clarity. This session then moves into a flow to release the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and full spine.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
