A short, strong and fiery Core Circuit bodyweight workout. Upper and lower abdominals, as well as the obliques, all get worked in this 20 min, back friendly session. All you need is you and your mat.
Michael is our PT, having spent his life working in the sports and fitness space, he now trains top athletes, celebrities and models on a one-to-one basis in London, always with the goal of setting the drive to help clients improve their lives by becoming fitter and stronger. Michael has a passion for helping others on their fitness journey and after years spent coaching football in the US, he expanded his personal training credentials with EXOS Performance Specialist, Pain Free Performance Certification, Onnit Academy Foundations Certification, and Cross Fit Level 1.
