Work through a strong Power Yoga flow to Fire up the Core. Through yoga postures we will work into 360 degrees of our core, our anterior, posterior, lateral and the obliques through twists, but our Core encompasses more than just the physical. Our Core is our centre, our Powerhouse, compassing our core values and beliefs, what drives us and even how we talk to ourselves. Everything expands from our centre and this class gives us the chance to check in and strengthen the body and mind. There is the opportunity to play with inversions, always as an option, such as Crow, Koundinyasana II and Headstand to work a little harder.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
