A dynamic and effective conditioning work-out session targeting the full body. Bethany will guide you through a standing single leg sequence using the chair, the 'barre', alongside some floor barre work, to create strength and lean muscle. This session will also gently mobilise so you can finish feeling strong, energised and mobile.

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
