A strong and steady Power flow working into the full body. Antonia will guide you through longer holds to tap into true strength and stamina. This session works into balance postures, core work, playful backbends, plus a chance for play in handstand.
Equipment: 2 yoga blocks
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
