BEGIN AGAIN- A 28-DAY NEW YEAR SERIES

Our 28-day New Year series is about starting a consistent habit, a series to help set your intentions in the right way, move your body in a way that makes your body and mind feel good, strong and healthy, a series to feel like the best version of you, a version of you that wants to workout, wants to practice, wants to show up for yourself, because you deserve it.

Classes will strengthen, mobilise, help reduce stress and anxiety, it’s all about coming home to you! Let’s celebrate ourselves, our imperfections, our insecurities, and how far we have come and Begin Again with healthy habits and fresh outlooks.
