A strong, dynamic and playful, conditioning Pilates practice, utilising props to work deeper into the full anterior of the core. Strengthen, stabilise, and tone, as well as connecting to the breath to energise and release any tension.
Equipment: Small Pilates Ball, Yoga Block or small cushion
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
