A quick 20 min Yoga inspired Core workout, also working into the hip flexors and quads through leg lifts. We use a Yoga Block throughout the practice to aid with alignment, posture and to add a new element. An option to transition to a playful arm balance at the end of the session, concluding with a short relaxation.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind.
