Prepare to flow through an open level Balance Vinyasa, working with a number of different balancing poses waking up the core glutes and leg muscles and increasing focus and concentration. Lots of chaturangas and down dogs for a full body flow and finishing with a softening pigeon pose for release.

Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind.
