Level 1-2
w/ ANTONIA
Antonia will guide you through a classic Vinyasa, strengthening and mobilising the full body, especially targeting the upper back and hips. We find time to 'play' with the option of the arm balance Bhujapidasana, as well as calming and stilling the mind using the breath.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
"Don't push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
