A stretchy, full-body, open-level, Vinyasa practice to get into the flow, connect into your heart centre and feel gratitude. This practice opens the heart space with backbends, as well as working with forward folds to bow down and surrender, letting go of things not serving you.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
