Part of our Yamas and Niyamas Vinyasa Series. A flowing Vinyasa sequence, working with strength and flexibility enhancing postures. We open the heart space to keep our hearts open to to surrender and work with pulsing movements in and out of the body throughout to remind ourselves that a shift out of perspective is possible to us. We finish with a mantra led meditation and savasana.
Equipment: 2 Yoga Blocks
The Yamas and Niyamas, are a traditional yogic set of guidelines and practices for ‘right living’. Isvara Prandihana is Sandskrit for surrendering to a higher source. This higher source could be about a higher consciousness or a being with a name, it can be about whatever you believe in. The most important element of this is our perspective is shifted away from the self/ our egos and brings us back to the true self and alignment with the source. Simply believing that the universe is looking after you, allows us to let go and frees us from stress and anxiety.

Don't push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
