We move 360 degrees around the mat in this dynamic morning session. The session starts with a chance to settle into you and notice the senses, before moving through the flow, waking up, strengthening and opening the full body and mind.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura runs global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Bvlgari Hotels and Annabel’s London.
