An energising and resetting open-level Vinyasa class, to help tap into the deepest parts of you and make or cement your intention from that place. A fairly fast paced and classically sequenced full body class, starting with sun salutations and moving into standing and then seated postures, with an equal focus on strength and flexibility. We keep an open heart with a backbend theme throughout.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as the Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses and Amex.
