Tapas, one of the Niyamas, is said to be a way to purify body and mind through discipline, fiery resolve and pointed strength. By igniting our inner fire, our Agni, we can burn away impurities, negative thought patterns, emotional baggage and negative energy. This class is a full body, challenging, breath-led and dynamic Vinyasa flow, especially working into our core and with twists to help connect to our abdominals. Stay with it and breathe! We finish with a few quiet and calm postures to release body and mind so you leave this class feeling refreshed.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Bvlgari Hotels and Annabel’s London.
