Our bodies sometimes need a more gentle way to start the day, this class will allow you a gentle start before moving through into a more dynamic Vinyasa Flow. Be guided to experience little moments of self love and gratitude, as we gently strengthen and mobilise the full body. Leave feeling peaceful and ready to take on your day.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
