Face yoga and facial massage are a series of facial exercises and massage techniques that are designed to improve the appearance of the skin. "Face Yoga and Facial Massage should not be practiced in case of any injuries or recent surgeries in fingers, eyes, nose, ears, or any other areas of the face.
Do not practice in case of any eye or ear infection or irritation of any kind, such practices should be avoided till the issue is entirely addressed. People with acute sinus should not practice such exercises. If any irritation occurs after the practice, the practice needs to be stopped. If any aromatic oils or serums are used, it is necessary to do a patch test before the exercise to ensure that the practitioner is not allergic to oils or serums."
