The classical Pilates series is a seamless and controlled series of movements, designed by Joseph Pilates, to strengthen and find flexibility throughout the entire body. This is a mind body workout that will strengthen the core, and improve circulation, balance and co-ordination. All movements come from your centre, your core, and will sculpt, lengthen, and improve mobility of the entire body. Moving with the breath makes this a holistic practice. Be guided through modifications and variations to cater for all-levels.
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course. Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
