Power up your day as we focus on hip mobility in this Power Vinyasa mini session. This class was designed to help you clear the mind, strengthen and mobilise the full body and energise both the body and mind. A perfect session full of feel good movement, to fit into mornings or when you are short on time.
Moon’s innovative classes share her love of every aspect of the practice of yoga, bringing together a variety of traditional flows with elements of fitness practices, whilst providing space and gentle guidance for meditation to be a part of the class naturally. Moon will guide students through playful practices, encouraging more challenging sequences, a stronger mind body connection and greater body confidence.
Moon came to Yoga through her career as a Model, initially to stay in shape, but quickly discovered the practice gave her more than just Abs. Moon has 300-hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Children's and Prenatal Yoga.
